A couple of days ago I shot some Agapanthus with the macro lens, and I thought I had a couple of interesting images, but I wasn't happy with the DOF. So I went back out this morning, and I got those shots, but then looking around I noticed this one in a "state of emergence." I had never seen this viewpoint before and it intrigued me. This is looking straight down. The base of the plant made for a pleasing out of focus green display.
I love the way it looks like the flower part is spilling out of a purse. Nice macro in the morning, eh? What do you think?
