Canon 1D Mark III, 135mm F/2.0, f2.0, 1/50, iso 2500
No, I haven't made a quick trip to Thailand recently, but probably wish I had. Must be a great place to visit, eh? I went to Hong Kong in the 80's and loved it. So INTENSE.
Speaking of intense, that's what I thought when I saw the reflections of the Thai Restaurant's neon on this lovely late model Corvette. This was at one of the local impromptu car shows I attended over the summer. With it being dark, I thought the shooting was done. But that is when the neon came to life and I just happened to see it working some magic on the vette.
You can see how dark it was by the fact that I cranked the iso to 2500, was at f/2.0, yet only achieved a 1/50th shutter. I also want to point out that there are no post processing adjustments whatsoever on this image.
Almost an abstract, but still a car shot. Something a bit different for the blog today!
