I'm really fascinated by the mind of a grafitti artist, such as whoever created this. Obvious artistic talent, could be painting a lovely river with some swans on a Spring morning, right?
Instead we have a vicious predatory fish, who is crying? In such a wondrous and colorful background, not to mention including elements on the sidewalk. Just fascinating!
