Frequent readers of my blog will recall that I'm enamored with the images produced by my blog buddy Diane Varner. She stopped by the other day and left a comment on my "A Full Moon" post. When I saw her comment, I thought "of course! This is such a Diane kind of image!" Which hadn't hit me when I was creating it.
Working on today's image though, I certainly thought of her. We both share a love for the Pacific Ocean. She lives right on our favorite body of water, and produces so many gorgeous moments with it.
This image takes me right back to that night, my son and I having hiked to this beach, photographing a broad stretch of sand, water and mother nature nearly all to ourselves. I'd like to think Diane would have recorded this moment in a similar way.
