Visiting Arlington National Cemetery in Washington D.C. should be high on your list when you visit the area. It is another of the amazing places that are fore fathers designed and built for all the generations that would follow. When I am in D.C. I am awestruck at how these people, in those times, could see into the future, to the immensity our country would become.
This isn't a political blog and I have no desire to turn it into one, but suffice to say those Americans had vision, purpose and the desire to build a prosperous destiny that would endure for generations.
