Have been on vacation in Montana about a week. Not primarily a photo mission, but some time each day for photography. Today, last day, Montana gave me its all!
This was on the road between Twin Falls and Ennis. Glorious country.
Life is different here in Montana. You can just pull over on the freeway and shoot (with your camera now, come on!) all the hawks you want. Hey Steve Abbott, what species do we have here?
Cruising the Montana ghost town of Bannack, I discovered this gem. It was in the saloon, and a lot of people were killed there during the gold rush. As the story goes, the barber got so used to guns going off he "didn't miss a stroke" with his straight razor.
Kinda glad I live in these times instead of those?
Those of you that know me, know I love shooting "decay." Old cars, buildings, boats, you name it. Found a treasure trove of unkempt fishing boats in Neah Bay, WA.
