Usually with my mannequin shots I'm going for some kind of reflection that makes it more interesting. This was kind of a wild one with a Marilyn Monroe banner just in the right spot for me. In downtown Sydney.

I wanted to walk across this bridge, but couldn't figure out how to get on it! Luckily I was able to drive across with a friend. Not bad from inside the windshield, eh?

Before making this trip a friend pointed me to the website of a New Zealand photographer. I wanted to check out her NZ images. But she also had some excellent street work she had done in Sydney. And I thought "oh yes, I'm also going to a great city! Perhaps some street photography?" 

Turns out Sydney is quite a good place for street work!

A lot of people are surprised when the first see the Sydney Opera House in person. From afar, you don't realize it is covered in tiles. Nearly a million of them.

When I lived here in Sydney 30 years ago, you would be arrested for climbing the harbor bridge. Now it is a major tourist activity!
