I came across this pickup truck in Virginia City, Montana. Shortly after shooting this picture I met the owner, who told me it is his daily driver. "Fifty-seven was a good year, you know?" he said. I chuckled. Year I was born. I know I have some affects of aging, but I hope I'm doing better than this truck.
This is from the junkyard I mentioned in Tuesday's post. How gorgeous is this hood ornament? Ah, the cars of the 50's and 60's. Why didn't I think of buying this?

You know, modern cars are all well and good. Some great styles. But! You just can't compare them to the wild things designers used to do! Now that is a pair!
I even found a beautiful old Ford to shoot. This was on the same farm with the horses from a couple of days ago. This guy really has set himself up nice.
